Pioli insists Milan has no team additions this winter

AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli has confirmed that the team will not have any additional reinforcements in the January transfer window.

“Red Devils and Blacks” only managed to draw 2-2 with Lecce in the league on Saturday night after being eliminated in the Coppa Italia midweek after losing to Torino in extra time. 

Amid a string of injuries at the club, fans are hoping for more reinforcements for the remainder of the season, but Pioli insists there will be no new signings.

“The ufabet club has already made a statement on this matter. We are getting players back and hopefully Ante Rebic will be ready for the Super Cup as well,” said Pioli.

“Divock Origi is back today, I hope Zlatan Ibrahimovic is back soon. We are not missing anything in this team. when everyone is ready We become stronger and have more faith. But we have to accept that at the moment we lack players who lead the team.

The next game is AC Milan’s Super Coppa final against Inter Milan on January 18.

He said, “The club has already expressed itself. We are recovering the players, I also hope to recover (Ante) Rebic for the Supercoppa to have more solutions. (Divock) Origi is fine now, I hope to recover Ibra (Zlatan Ibrahimovic) soon too.
